What is Turnkey Consulting?

The definition of turnkey is a development that is ready for immediate use that yield the expected or desired results.

We define a development as a product, service, strategy, a business, advice, tips, trends, a breakthrough or anything else that has been created; even a idea. (sometimes especially a business idea) When most turn a key, they expect something to be turned on or off, start or stop, unlock or lock. If you turn a key on a door, you expect it to open. If the door won’t open, you may have used the wrong key or you have the right key but are at the wrong door. (Trust me. Realtors and real estate agents do it all the time!) This happens when all the keys look similar, are unlabeled, and are close together. (Hold that thought for later)

What is Consulting?

The definition of consulting is providing information, analysis, advice, and/or recommendation for a “development”, as we define development.

Before making a major or minor decision in any area of a development that is not the expertise of the decision maker; a consultant is sought out. The other method of consultation is what we refer to as the Do-it-Yourself ; is what others may refer to as due diligence. Gathering resources through research, assessing the information and finding the common ground of it all. Business owners may refer to it as being shopped around. Customers call it looking for the best deal or recommendation. Lack of acceptance can result in several 2nd opinions! We call it continuity testing. Basically consulting is the art of showing people how to find what they are looking for. (The process is simplified by knowing what they’re looking at or towards.)
